CNN’s Crowley To Rumsfeld: “Obama Is Still Prom King, Right?”
After years (decades, a millennium, perhaps) of being angered by the MSM’s shameless hucksterism of all things Democrat maybe it’s time we begin to pity these remarkably ignorant fools.
Or not.
CNN’s Candy Crowley displayed some overwhelming dumbbitchery while interviewing that noted un-mincer of words, Donald Rumsfeld.
Obama’s “supporters,” said Crowley, “say that in two years he has been able to return this country to a status of being liked across the world in a way that America was not liked during the Bush administration. “That he has once again made America a beacon.”
Note to Ms. Crowley: You should probably learn how to surf the Net a bit. The Diplomacy of Bow and Hug is not working. It turns out that President Obama’s rookie year in International Relations has been extended indefinitely. We can hardly look at the president’s turn as Literary Agent to Hugo Chavez as a diplomatic victory.
As the photos in this LA Times post reveal, many around this fine world of ours are-what’s the wonky phrase the State Dept. uses?-oh yeah, pissed off.
Having just arrived from the real world for his interview, Rumsfeld wasn’t buying any of it.
“I don’t think that’s true and I don’t think that there’s data that would support that.”
Candy, of course, wasn’t about to let him spit all over her rose colored glasses.
Crowley didn’t need any data. She persisted: “Even though the streets look differently?”
Ah, yes, the streets…
