Sandra Fluke Plants A Flag On The Top Of Attention Whore Mountain

You can just tell she’s been crushed by all the publicity.

As of one week ago, thanks to Obamacare, 47 million nationwide who are starting to get preventive care, like cancer screenings, well-woman visits and contraception, at no cost.

Anyone who believes an expensive service can be delivered “at no cost” is either remarkably ignorant about economic reality or a liar. And the leftloons keep telling us that Ms. Fluke is intelligent so…there you go.

This reflexive belching of tired talking points (“extreme voices”) indicates that she should probably focus her anger on the schools she went to for turning out a graduate completely incapable of critical thought.

Hers are the words of a confused child who has been told what to say. And she is held up as a model of the modern woman by the Democrats.

We can only hope she at least received a pat on the head and a “Good puppet…” from her handlers at Obama For America.

At no cost, of course.

Al Gore: "Obama's Not Insane Enough For Me"

Well, something like that.

Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore is going where few environmentalists — and fellow Democrats — have gone before: criticizing President Barack Obama’s record on global warming. In a 7,000-word essay for Rolling Stone magazine that will be published Friday, Gore says Obama has failed to stand up for “bold action” on global warming and has made little progress on the problem since the days of Republican President George W. Bush. Bush infuriated environmentalists by resisting mandatory controls on the pollution blamed for climate change, despite overwhelming scientific evidence that the burning of fossil fuels is responsible.

Nothing puts the sting on a lefty’s ass like the “same as/worse than” Bush condemnation. And Prince Albert said this to Rolling Stone, which boasts a readership that smokes only high-grade weed. We’re talking serious Democrats here.

President Obama has never presented to the American people the magnitude of the climate crisis,” Gore says. “He has not defended the science against the ongoing withering and dishonest attacks. Nor has he provided a presidential venue for the scientific community … to bring the reality of the science before the public.

Translation from Delirious Progressive into English: “I helped this bitch get elected and he was supposed to give my lackeys a big-time soap box for lying to the American people.”

This, undoubtedly, was said after one of Gore’s many climate raping turns in an airplane, which he is stupid enough to believe is offset by having a hippie plant a hibiscus bush in Oregon.

The science is in: the smell of patchouli will render you more useless than tissue paper underwear.

CNN's Crowley To Rumsfeld: "Obama Is Still Prom King, Right?"

After years (decades, a millennium, perhaps) of being angered by the MSM’s shameless hucksterism of all things Democrat maybe it’s time we begin to pity these remarkably ignorant fools.

Or not.

CNN’s Candy Crowley displayed some overwhelming dumbbitchery while interviewing that noted un-mincer of words, Donald Rumsfeld.

Obama’s “supporters,” said Crowley, “say that in two years he has been able to return this country to a status of being liked across the world in a way that America was not liked during the Bush administration. “That he has once again made America a beacon.”

Note to Ms. Crowley: You should probably learn how to surf the Net a bit. The Diplomacy of Bow and Hug is not working. It turns out that President Obama’s rookie year in International Relations has been extended indefinitely. We can hardly look at the president’s turn as Literary Agent to Hugo Chavez as a diplomatic victory.

As the photos in this LA Times post reveal, many around this fine world of ours are-what’s the wonky phrase the State Dept. uses?-oh yeah, pissed off.

Having just arrived from the real world for his interview, Rumsfeld wasn’t buying any of it.

“I don’t think that’s true and I don’t think that there’s data that would support that.”

Candy, of course, wasn’t about to let him spit all over her rose colored glasses.

Crowley didn’t need any data. She persisted: “Even though the streets look differently?”

Ah, yes, the streets…

Kill Berkeley
(h/t AoSHQ) If there is a bigger fucking waste of space on this planet somebody please tell me where.

The Berkeley City Council will consider a resolution that would declare the Army private suspected of leakingclassified information to WikiLeaks a hero and call for his release.

The council plans a vote Tuesday on the resolution in support of Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is being held in a military brig in Virginia. A city commission already has approved it.

Bob Meola, who authored the resolution, tells the San Francisco Chronicle that Manning is a patriot who deserves a medal.

Federal officials have criticized the leaks, saying they could endanger lives.

Hey, what are endangered American lives when you’re trying to establish yourselves as the preeminent commie dipshits in the Western Hemisphere?

There is nothing wrong with dissent or contrary opinions. The problem with the Berkeley sewer, however, is that it’s always so lacking in imagination. Like almost everyone on the far left, they are just too stupid to know that they’re stupid. It’s the bliss of the ignorant taken to dizzying new lows (yes, lows can be dizzying, we’ve done the research).

There is a very good reason that the hippies who made this cesspool famous were referred to as flower CHILDREN. Theirs is a world view that’s very much rooted in the behavior of four year-olds. They want, they expect others to give to them and when they don’t get their way they act out. That’s progressivism in a nutshell.

The best and brightest of Berkeley are a dull lot who lack the intellectual firepower to formulate reasoned opposition to that with which they disagree.

So they wet the bed and throw political tantrums like this.

All while never grasping that they wouldn’t be able to do anything like that in the sort of society they imagine to be perfect.
